“I appreciate the righteous and lofty mission of NGUOC organization, which is the moving force behind my acceptance to become NGUOC’s Ambassador.
I will jointly disseminate the voluntary, cultural and environmental values with NGUOC’s programs with my greatest effort, and repose my trust on NGUOC’s future events.
Furthermore, NGUOC’s programs are the effective channels to encourage all my national and global fans, as well as Vietnamese youth, to take real actions in pursuit of social interests.
I would like to give a special thank to NGUOC’s organizers for creating such a meaningful organization, and providing me a golden opportunity to alleviate the orphans and seniors’ deprivations at The Third Orphanage and Nursing Center.
Hopefully, more philanthropists, sponsors and other young people can combine forces with NGUOC to create more positive changes for the common good, and set the scene for broader NGUOC’s impacts.
Best regards,
Bui Thai Bao Chau – Nguoc Ambassador.
“CHONG CHÓNG” voluntary program: Donate clothes, textbooks, stationery, toys, books, … to the orphan children and seniors for “The Third Orphanage and Nursing Home Center” – a true home for over 1000 disadvantaged people.
Also, NGUOC organized an amiable sharing event with the children and seniors here, at which NGUOC’s volunteers can listen and share life stories with them.
In this program, we also organized some workshops to teach the children to make recycle toys, items and products, which can help them in their daily life, education and work.

Also, we encourage the local people, restaurants and companies to take the real action to donate their plastic bags, bottles, reusable clothes, papers,… for NGUOC, which later be gifted to “The Third Orphanage and Nursing Home Center” and the majority of them was the materials for NGUOC to make stunning art works.

VALUES
We recycled “wastes” into stunning art works and meticulous handicrafts, which was displayed in our “1980s” ART EXHIBITION in Hanoi with over 3000 guests in 2 days and roughly 5600 USD in donations.
1980s RECYCLED ART EXHIBITION is dedicated geared towards the Vietnamese childhood recapture during State Subsidy Period – “Thời bao cấp” (1975 – 1986). The stunning handmade art works displayed on the exhibit are created by orphan children and young people in Hanoi. Whilst NGUOC’s members are millennials and living in peace and development, the exhibition contained the sympathy, respect and responsibility of the youngster to the nation we live in.
The exhibition title “1980s” has encapsulated authentically and lively the Vietnamese childhood under the subsidized economy.
Through recycled illustrations, not only can this retrospective exhibit engender a great nostalgia for the indelible days, but also provide a new perspective in this bygone era for community.
Enhancing the environmental, voluntary, art and cultural values, 1980s RECYCLED ART EXHIBITION hopefully appeal for donations from philanthropists and Vietnamese residents, which is the valuable gifts to the disadvantaged children – the orphans devoid of parents’ love and “normal” childhood.
