Now that the rapid development of society is associated with numerous challenges, youngsters need to voice up more strongly than ever. The young generation possesses innovative and creative ideas that can potentially bring about a sustainable future for the globe. Acknowledging this, with the view of motivating teenagers to speak up and engage in social affairs, NGUOC, in collaboration with Speak to Inspire, Vietnam, has organized the Workshop “Speak to Inspire - The Power of Public Speaking”.

The Power of Public Speaking
The workshop is part of “Speak to Inspire, Vietnam” - a public speaking competition organized by Netflix, the US Embassy in Hanoi & Point Avenue, aiming at raising awareness about sustainability. Participants will be introduced to best practices of public speaking & debating skills. The workshop is led by experts with extensive experience in international debating championships for the youth.

About the competition “SPEAK TO INSPIRE, VIETNAM”
Brought to Vietnam by Netflix in partnership with the US Embassy Hanoi, “Speak to Inspire, Vietnam” is the first English public speaking and debate competition organised by NPX Point Avenue, a leading ed-tech company, in Vietnam.

The public speaking competition is open to young Vietnamese speakers between 11 and 24 years of age to raise greater awareness of sustainability and spur meaningful conversations on topics such as environmental protection and climate change.

The competition is accepting applications from 10 January to 9 February 2022.

Total prize value of 2 BILLION VND. Finalists will be invited to partake in the hands-on Intensive Training Camp, led by international subject matter experts.
