UP Program: Unleash your Pioneer is an online contest and art exhibition event for young people. Took place from January 17, 2023, to April 4, 2023, and divided into two phrases and one special phrase, this is the spiritual "child" that NGUOC wants to awaken the sleeping giant inside you and create a level playing field where each participant has their own space to assert themselves.

With nearly 5000 contestants, the UP PROGRAM competition has succeeded in creating a wonderful environment where young people have the opportunity to share. From there, your own inner pioneer spirit is also awakened and urges you to act enthusiastically to get closer to a better version of yourself. Today, NGUOC, together with YSEALI Alumni, U.S. Embassy in Hanoi, is pleased to announce to the enthusiastic youngsters interested in the UP PROGRAM contest about the UP exhibition experience event that will take place in Hanoi Capital at the end of this August.

NGUOC is looking forward to greeting young people at the event to participate in useful activities together as well as admire artistic masterpieces from talented youngsters across Vietnam from the UP PROGRAM contest of NGUOC.
