YOUTH FORUM EMPOWERMENT - YFE THEME
"Civic Engagement in the “New Normal”
Youngsters and their contributions to the community,
together with “MOVEMENT” in “the New Normal”
INSPIRATIONAL BREAKTHROUGH ROOMS
Appreciate the contributions and dedication of young representatives in the recent Youth Forum Empowerment: The New Normal, and wish to spread positive energy, enthusiasm, and constantly "moving" to the young generation, NGƯỚC is delighted to launch the contest “The Most Inspiring Breakout Room”! We will seek the breakthrough room giving the most outstanding performance, gaining support, and having a certain impact on the community.
In an increasingly challenging and unpredictable world, people, especially the young, need to adapt and develop more than ever before. Recently, amid the appearance of a fatal epidemic, the young have experienced an unprecedented challenge known as ‘social distancing”. All plans, ideas, ambitions now have to be postponed or even canceled. While some are struggling to find a way out, others have taken advantage of this period to create values and contribute to the community in different ways.
It is obvious that motion is indispensable in life. Society can not exist and operate without movements. Nevertheless, motion is not always linear, in one direction but there will always be unexpected twists. On the other hand, motion is everywhere, hence adapting to new circumstances and flexibly solving difficulties are the “keys” to render every journey easier and more favorable. Having perceived the role of motion, “YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FORUM: THE NEW NORMAL” is created as a showcase for youngsters to express and share their own stories of “motion”. YFE's Goal: “Vietnamese youth proactively look up, grow up and build up our community”
“Vietnamese youth proactively
look UP, grow UP & build UP
the community”
Through this special forum, NGUOC aims to provide an open space for enthusiastic young people to “open up”, share their experiences and stories, among which each story reflects distinct individuality and spreads energy during this hard time. Hence, NGUOC hopes that youngsters can spread positive and optimistic messages to the community about Vietnamese youth power - ever-burning regardless of immeasurable changes in our surroundings.
“Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”
- Winston Churchill
