Through diverse programs – from social media campaigns to academic exchange programs, to name just a few – Public Affairs delivers information about the United States, its policies, its government, its people, and its culture, to better align the Vietnamese public with the U.S. interests of mutual concern. Public Affairs works closely with all members of the U.S. Mission in Vietnam to promote and amplify their policy efforts.
The American Center (AC), a high-tech library and computer lab with 3D printers is a conducive environment to learn English and attend workshops and programs for free. The AC also responds to research requests, providing up-to-date information about the United States to journalists, academicians, researchers, Vietnamese government officials, and students.

NGƯỚC social organization - YOUTH LOOK UP! is demonstrative of the youth’s positive impacts on public interests in terms of personal growth, job orientation, social justice promotion, volunteerism, culture & climate preservation.
Our key initiatives are NGƯỚC Leadership Youthcamp (Intensive soft skills training); Look Up Model (fresh co-creating team pertinent to one goal); International/National creative challenge/contest/forum/discussion. NGƯỚC believes in the personal growth of each individual that formulates a people-centered and more inclusive community.
NGƯỚC's participants are encouraged to concentrate on enhancing their own life experience, their soft skills (self-management, communication, leadership,...), the proactiveness, a sense of responsibility; and constant explorations and exchanges with other youngsters from other nations to escalate in the local vicinity and the globe.
Subsumed under NGUOC’s programs is our subliminal message about inner matters and social issues. Via our dynamic leadership youth camps, soft skills training bootcamps, social media viral challenges, recycled art exhibitions, "Moment of development" exhibition, voluntary programs at social protection centers, reused items donation, public waste collection campaign,... NGUOC supports a gradual and exquisite refinement, as opposed to continual informative addresses or training to the public.
NGUOC is grateful for receiving supports from our ambassadors and partners on our tenacious foray into disseminating the ideal of civic engagement to youngsters. In these particular years 2021-2022,
NGƯỚC is more eager to conduct greater civic participation programs with the chain of events in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and American Center.
